And So..

Sometimes we need to pause and recognise how far we have come. This is our one precious life, and accepting the good, the bad and the ugly is how we come to live a life of richness and beauty. Don’t wait for life to throw curveballs at you. Be here now so that you can take it all in. Don’t hide the hard bits, they are what gives your story character.

And So..

I stopped to take a breath,

When I was breathtaken.

I fell down,

Only to rise back up.

I lost hope,

Only to find faith.

I felt lost,

But now I am found.

I had no one to hold,

But I am held by the One.

I struggled, suffered and got bruised,

But I am not ashamed of my scars.

Fear came knocking on my door,

Wisdom poured it a glass of compassion.

I was crippled by doubt and uncertainty,

Now I run towards confidence and clarity.

It all had to happen as it did,

It was by design, it was fate.

All these moments became memories that shaped my heart,

What lies ahead is a mystery, a new chapter has begun.
